i love this family. i have been photographing them since chloe was a wee little baby. the last time i saw chloe, she was a tiny tot. this time…oh my goodness! she’s a big/little girl now! this shoot was a little about chloe and her mama, cynthia, a little about grandma and grandpa, and a lot about auntie alaina’s pregnant belly. she and mike are expecting their first baby in just a few short weeks. a baby boy. now chloe will have a cousin to dote on and play with and dance with. alaina and mike met while swing dancing, so what better way to take maternity photos and show off that beautiful belly than by ‘swinging’. baby loyd was in there movin’ and groovin’ during this entire shoot. he had to have been. i had mike and alaina swing dancing all over the place. it was just too cute. alaina looked gorgeous in her bright red top and pretty bow. i’ll be meeting baby loyd in denver later on this summer and i can’t wait.
